but it looks so not MW that I think it's some display glitch

this guy is my ally so I tried to visit him, several times, to wait in the base maybe building will load, still same result

Hehe...I have mine turned around that way too. A little stealthy, and I'm just not the flashy type anyway. Besides, maybe they'll produce more power if they are pointed away from the other buildings. :D

NO!!!!!!!!............................you are doing it WRONG!!!!!.........rotate them to make sure the always point toward the SUN to get fully charged...............lol
