I've already contacted you guys but have heard nothing back.

I'm curious about the ruby event. I collected 9 rubys over the course of the event. In the last 3hrs I decided I would spend gems to get the final ruby. I spent 60$ and didn't get the final ruby. WTF!

What were the odds of getting that last ruby?

I believe I diserve the hydra. I have spent money on your game in the past and I do enjoy playing it. I would hate to have to take my business else where.

Please give me some sort of response.

This forum isnt the place to expect an answer from Funzio.

The chance of getting the 10th gem is less than 1% but greater than 0%.

People have spent many times more than you did on an event and come up short.

Did you send in a ticket from your device. Menu > More > Help > Contact Support ( upper left corner of window)

It's a gamble... Some have spent hundreds in RM & have not gotten the 10th item.
...sorry to say, but you might not get much sympathy... or the final prize.

Anyone else have an opinion? sad to say this friend but it's part of the game , ur gonna set yourself up for a long road of disappointment if your mind set is expecting to get the event item if you spend money, from what I've seen in the 14 events I've played in , if it's your time it's your time , and spending money doesn't make you more likely to win because you've spent money , it's just gives you more opportunities to win cause your guaranteed to open the case, whereas free chance and in game cash, opens only so often. Best advice friend and if you don't believe me ask CS , he's a super pro at this game. Change your mind set it your going to be a very bitter frustrated person when you play this game. It's a gamble you take when you buy the gems , sometimes you may shine some or most times you will L Fizzle... Good luck mate

Thx for the props, very kind.Not much just in veg mood so I thought I'd come a twirl on the Fourm merry go round, I took a look at your units like you told be too holy crap , can I say crap in here :) your army is insane, but at least now I understand the complex nature you were speaking of in regards to overloading certain units to protect others ... Sorry guy that didn't get the tenth item didn't mean to accidentally derail your thread....

I don't understand why people feel they "deserve" a prize in a game of chance. If you buy a lottery ticket, do you expect or feel you deserve to win that as well? Doesn't make any sense.

I think I read that the cas rate for the high priest is Low. Not positive but pretty sure.

Of course cas rate never seems to mean a whole lot, in my experience. lol

I seen Someone spend 2000 gems and came up short for the item, that $200!!! It's a way of gambling for all ages!! Just like a casino but for kids as well!!! The house always wins!! Rmember that!!

Cas rate for the High Priest is low. I've got about 260 of them - definately helps defense.

Also - be glad you got #9, I keep seeing that damn devil warrior defending on PvP and it just rubs that I only got to #8.:p

I managed to get all 10 with a day to spare using zero dollars - I just used the middle option to open each with gold.

Guess I got very lucky :)
