You can't tell just by looking at their hood if it's worth robbing or not?

I play on my phone and normally am relying on sprints network sooo, the time it would take me to pop in and out of hoods to check on potential is just not an option, normally id check att stats or amount of cash from an attack to even bother checking hoods, but not anymore!

If I'm blind attacking and see the Golden Defense, I take a few minutes to look around their hood to see what's what.
