We have had confirmation from CC Mark that the last event was based purely on IPH. They are weeding out the cheaters and we should have a list of the winners by next Friday.

This just confirms that the last event was a total waste of time and complete crap. An event based solely on IPH must be the dumbest event to date. I can't wait to see what stupid event they create next. Why didn't they just award the top 500 IPH right away? I would say 98% of the players were out of the running once the event was announced. To start another event without knowing the winners of the previous event just shows how poor Funzio's operating model is.

Apparently the prizes are now out as per CC Marks post on the Gold Ban thread so check your inventories and hopefully they will put up a list of winners.

Didn't see him say anything about prizes being out on that thread. He just said he can't go into details until they are out.

Totally agree. It shouldn't of even been a tourney. It should of been a giveaway to the top 1000players. I'm nowhere near even the top 10,000 but it would of been simpler I would think on funzios part. I think they call it a tourney to avoid favoritism

Well not really, I mean you can increase your dollar flow quickly by buying gold buildings. Most of those gold buildings only take 25 seconds to get up and running. And the first upgrade takes only a few hours.

What bothered me was the lack of clarity. I had no idea it only involved per hour income. It was no where clearly stated that was the determining factor.

Like I said on the other thread I was out raiding and attacking all for not. But on the positive side I made lots of money and had fun doing it.

Lols. Just before the event started I upgraded my EPP to lvl 4 so that was me done for the event, but in KA I was straight on to the cottage (supply depot equivalent) upgrade lol

I was Sitting around $650K IPH when the event ended. But remember you could of been at $300K IPH and still have been in the top 500. It was how much you could collect from your buildings during the event. So someone could make $700 IPH and still not make the top 500 because they didn't collect constiently throughout the event. because it was based on how much revenue you can collect within 2 days. Just trying to give those hope who think it was only IPH without having to do any work.

Yeah I think it was on this thread that they said they had it with a terrible IPH (no offence) and with all the bad blood on the forum I'm sure CC mark and the rest want to do this right and get them all out ASAP.

F me. All this time I've been shunning the ridiculous supply depot and armory because even though they are the biggest contributors to IPH, in practical terms, they do not add much to my bottom line, for I can only collect a few times a day (real life to lead, you know). If I don't get the Defender, I'll be kicking myself.

What kind of other silly stat-based tourney might they organize? Anyway to anticipate those and get prepared? Highest base defense? Most decorations? Greatest land area? Anything else that's not actually productive?
