Stephen, I don't know if you are already doing this but maybe making up a clean excel spread sheet listing the issues in the first column....with each of the issues in rows...and in as few words as possible and still be concise.

Then in the second column, list proposed solution...what we like to see funzio do/change

On the third, fourth, fifth....etc. columns list the stages and the dates....example:

Column titles - date/status

(1) Issues - list of issues
(2) Proposed Solution - describe in clear and concise terms, how we like funzio to resolve the problem
(3) Priority Level - High / Medium / Low or it could be simply a Counter of Votes by members like (24) votes, (12) votes...etc to give it weight.
(4) Issue identified (iD) Date - 6/15/2012
(5) Solution Proposed Date- 6/18/2012
(6) Issue Received by funzio - 6/20/2012
(7) Funzio Response Date- 6/25/2012
(8) Solution / Fix / Action - "describe what funzio did, if there is a response"
(9) Issue Resolved - (Yes/No)

And then make this spread sheet as a Shared Google Doc so everyone can see it but your and maybe one or two people, as the finzio liasons, can edit the file.

I'm fascinated by the idea of teams at higher levels. I had read some earlier posts using words like 'bullying' and such like but it sounds like it might be more organised and have more purpose than that. Would you mind answering a couple of questions for me?

- Are there other teams at high levels other than 'team pirates'?
- Do you have organised battles with other teams?
- What level do you have to be to join? (I'm not trying to join myself).
- What is an average attack and defense stat of players in your team? I've heard rumours of players wirh 300k+, is this true?
- What is the point of having a 'team', do you all attack a player if they are unlucky enopugh to have attacked one of your team as part of their normal day to day raiding and attacking?
- should I be scared? :)

Sorry I'm just really interested to see what this game might have in store for me when I get to later levels. I'm also trying to work out how much gold I will have to spend later on, I'm a light gold player currently but am thinking about other strategies.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated and I'm sure read with interest by many on here.

Now you're writing in the language of requirements, which is good. Personally, I agree with the first sentence, though I have no evidence that this is not currently implemented (others do, apparently). Optimally, they would change the news feed to be more like KA, where there is just the "revenge" option. Currently you have to do a blind attack, then hit the raid button on the results window to go to their base and look up stats from there. If I want to communicate with someone that attacked me, I have to do the same thing and that is annoying. This would allow the attacked player to do what you can do in the rivals list now without having to mess with the rivals list logic, so it would probably be easier to implement.

I don't see a need for the second sentence. JP said he thought lower level users would have issues with force degradation missions, I disagree. I never had a problem finding higher rival players with low stats to do those missions. And frankly if you expand the ally range outward the lower ally players are going to get hammered by higher ally players at the same level. Maybe if you only expand the levels and leave the ally range as is it would work. I always thought it strange they seem to fix on level rather than ally range. So maybe that second sentence needs to be clarified - something like "Players at a wider range of levels should be visible in the rivals list". But again, not sure this is needed, I think it automatically adjusts as you get into the higher levels.

I completely agree with the change to a "Revenge" button whether you win or lose, rather than just an "Attack" button when you win.

The way it works now in the much lower levels, you can usually see only players with equal or greater ally numbers. This allows someone just below you to hit you without you being able to find them on your list to hit back. (Yes, I am aware you can do this from your newsfeed, but if you win, you can't check their stats first.) And I agree that changing this would allow someone at full allies to attack weaker players with fewer allies... However, the choice to go low ally is a strategy decision that should have it's own risks, not just rewards.

In the higher levels (over 100) it gets much more convoluted. You are quite often attacked by players you can not find on your own list. Sometimes as a result of their ally number, sometimes because of their level. It often makes no sense at all. And blindly attacking back is very foolish.

Not trying to spam this thread, just looking for some universal agreement, so I feel like I need to explain further...

In KA, you can see EVERYONE at your level, regardless of ally count. As a result, your strategy has to account for this. Yes, at level 70 with 95 allies, I am steamrolled by players with 210 allies, but not constantly. Therefore I collect my buildings on time, and I never go over vault. I choose to stay below max, and deal with the consequences. My strategy in MW is similar, as a lower ally count allows me greater control over my unit density and composition. I also get taken down hard by higher ally players occasionally, but that is a choice I made 40+ levels ago, and it works for me.

A switch to the KA format seems like an easy one to make, right?

Interesting to know KA is different. I am at level 13, just trying the camping thing. I am way over vault, get hit 2 to 3 times a day but rarely lose unless to the odd gold player.

Khimsoo, there is a thread that is covering just that. Go to the biggest issues in the game thread, and cast your vote there. I will tally the results after this weekend. Its not exactly what you described, but very close. Its a start, and thats what was intended. With ime and armed with more pulic opinion, we can use our voices to get zunzio to realize how serious we all feel about these things, and start to get some real results acomplished.

Im not trying to be a killjoy but has anyone read about how Facebook had allowed its users to vote on which privacy they liked better in hopes to get it changed. The catch however was in order for the change to occur, Facebook wanted 30% of its users to vote. And I don't know exact number but it was like .003 percent voted so no change was implemented. Not saying funzio would require such a high amount of voters but the ratio of forum members to non has gotta be pretty high.

The members that are here act as an indicator of all memebers. It's not just whales or lower guys, it's a bit of all, though until recently it was shy on upper level guys. Everything I was reading was geared toward the guys at lower levels.

Thanks for the bump Pooper! I was wondering where we all were with this issue. Now we have another big issue, the Rivals list has gone to crap. Seeing ppl with as few as 10 and as many as 1889 allies, lvls 62 to 101. Sent a long ticket and about 12 pix, days ago, absolutely NO response yet! Still holding out.....

Myself I would prefer to see all the players in my levels regardless of allies. They have tiered them, and I have found its relatively easy to drop and add allies to see the different levels. Still would prefer to not have to do that. So how does everyone feel about the state of things with the game? Any improvements, no changes, worse? Do you feel funzio has earned some of our money again with changes, or do you feel they have not made an effort to improve the issues.

No changes my end. Got the assault bear and as far as I'm aware it's still not showing the bonus. Ccmark said they would sort and yet nothing has been done. Typical as I spent a fair bit of money on the item for the specific bonus.
It's left a bad taste in my mouth and haven't spent a dime on box events since. They've prob lost several thousand off the back of it from me anyways. Gonna ask for a refund if it's not sorted soon

It seems, for me at least, the cas rates seem to be a tad better lately. Still losing SH's and SF's once in a while but overall it seems better. As for the rest of our gripes, don't see much change except the rivals list is skewed. I agree with you speed, I don't mind seeing numerous players at my level with more allies, gives you a chance to collect better bps... The problem that I see is that I can see same lvls, mostly, but also levels as little as 8-9 lower but 100+ over mine

I can see why rivals lists have been tiered. Gree wants to give everyone an opportunity to enjoy the game. If they weren't tiered, weaker and low allied players would be getting slaughtered day in day out and might just pack the game in. A potential gold customer gone. They have to try and keep as many people on board for as long as possible.
It also allows different strategies to develop; whether that's camping, semi camping, turtling, IPH, PvE, PvP, etc and any other goals players come up with for themselves. I'm personally not to fussed that the rivals list has changed again. FYI, instead of seeing players from one or two levels either side of me (L77), it now stretches to about 20 levels. As for ally numbers, I see people from 40-500 allies. I had higher stats than most players for my level, but now it just means to watch out for those high allied players. Whether they see me or not I don't know. Perhaps someone with maximum allies can post if they're seeing lower allied players now things have changed.
