Device Transfer Debacle

I tried transferring my game from my iPad to my iPhone. It worked. When I tried to transfer back to iPad it didn't and now I have lost my game. I am not willing to start over at Level 1 and have contacted Funzio, but they haven't responded. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Aside from suggesting you contacting funzio, I can't help.

A very similar thing happened to me, and it got sorted out fairly promptly.

You need to give support your udid of both devices and your mafia code

Email support@funzio.com and explain what's happened they can sort it out from their end

I had same problem and it got resolved after 2 days (put urgent in subject when emailing them !!)
