nahhhhh, be careful of having max. allies on that level. It only makes you a bigger target. The most important is to make sure that your army is large enough (warrriors, arms, and armor) so that you get a benefit from having more allies. No point in having the maximum amount of allies if you don't have enough warriors. I would recommend adding allies only to keep your army fully occupied, i.e. for every ally you add, you need to have 5 warriors+5 armor + 5 weapons spare.
