Attack / Defense Question

Hi,

Been playing the game for a while now but have recently been having alot of trouble with my attacks. I don't know if anyone else is having similar issues but lately everyone i attack is beating me. I don't have a real great attack value yet (10k) but everyone that I am attacking has a lower defense value than my attack.

I even attacked someone the other day who was 6k defense compared to my 10k attack and I lost. Either its completely random and there's no need to build a big army or i dunno, maybe i'm doing something wrong.

Is there a hidden defense value from bunkers and other defensive buildings? I'm just lost as to why i'm losing all of these battles that as far as i can see, i should be winning. If anyone has a possible explanation for how this could be happening I would be very glad to hear it because frankly, I don't see a point to continuing playing if i keep losing to people with less stats than me.

boost buildings do your stats increase but i think enemy cant see it, just as in modern war.
they might have upgraded them so their units get xtra stats. need to be considered in when chosing to attack or not

depending on your level skillpoints might start do do something. if enemy got many allocated to defense and you got none in attack u could lose as well.

army quality over quantity. if the last of ur units send to battle are defense units without even a armor or weapon its pretty useless, always equip ur army with strong weapons/armors to make em stronger. replace the weak items by doing this. u gain the diffrence in stats

Defense buildings add to defense score at face value so that wouldn't factor in because their addition shows in your opponents defense score.

I would assume that you have little to no points in attack while the person you attacked has quite a bit invested in defense, other than that there is a large random variable. I bet if you attacked that same player again you would win.

Hmm..

I usually attack them a few times when I find people that i can beat. More often than not they beat me even when lower defense than my attack. From what u said, I gather it must be the defense value that is strong. Does anyone know what one defense point translates to in terms of overall defense value?

Im getting sick of losing so I suppose it might just be time to put all my gold into my army and forget about upgrades for a while. Anyway, appreciate the quick replies ppl. Cheers.

Yeah, the event thing actually bugged me a bit. I don't go on the forums very regularly so I didn't even know there was an event happening until yesterday when i upgraded the game and saw the new rune box button. I know the game is relatively new, but i would have liked to be able to do the event. Now i only have 19hrs left of it :(

from units/armor/weapons should be 1:1 to defense.
buildings, not so sure. lvl 1 might add full amount but upgrades a little less, that needs to be figured out.

im not long enough playing and still camping in the low levels, maybe thats explained already somewhere. but thats how it works in other funzio games so i assume its quite similar here.

if u still having troubles to win vs outnumberd and or pretty weak enemies compared to ur stats like 1/3, try a raid. army defense is halfed or something around, its easier to raid a stronger/same strength player than to attack successfully.
but if u cant even raid them i would contact support.

do u have maximum allies? maybe try to erase some to jump into another bracket of enemies. u lose some points in stats if ur army is fully equipped but u weed out the weak and get a better overall stat per ally.

if u scared of the effects get some pending requests be4 doing that, add your code to one of the add me threads or open a new in there. so u can jump back to previous in no time :)

post me urs via pm, i volunteer since i need a few more allies. level up alot during the event. hard times finding rune boxes down here

You need to check the info button on your stat screen and see what your bringing to the table.

It will tell you how many units, weapons and armor you have/can have.

So if you have 1200 units but only 1000 weapons and 800 armor you should gear up or lower your allies till the units you bring have armor and weapons.

your welcome, your right its very complex and includes some mysteries which is the exiting part. use the advantage of beeing a forum member and browse trough the threads, several spreasheets may still be helpfull for some future steps.

we just a few here compared to all players around so lets work together and share findings, thats what a game forum is ment to be i think and some ppl here should realize that again :D
