Just wanted to give a kudo to Mike of CC support. I submitted my first ticket and he responded quickly. He even gave me 4 coffers after my account got restored; all my coffers had been robbed while I couldn't access the event.

Also, thanks to Mark for extending the event.

Agreed. I hope funzio sees this. Mike helped me with a recurring problem on the Android where I lost my account over and over. He was able to fix it within a day to two, and after the first response, the following ones are within the hour! Mikes the man!

+ 1 for Mark, and also +2 for A. I'm sure he's getting pretty annoyed at me as he seems to answer all my tickets. A obviously is short for 'Awesome'.

+1 to A as well and rest of support staff. Too bad they are not programmers and can add an extra in game feature to bank/lock/or reconfirm gold usage not to mention selling buildings. It would probably cut down 95% of all tickets issued.
