Graphics while attacking/robbing

So this has been happening to me since the I've downloaded the app (when it came out in the U.S.), the graphics are very very glitchy when I attack someone. Its all pixely, and I can't even make out what is going on. Just wondering if I should send a ticket to funzio, or is it a common issue?

I have this pixelated problem but when I accidentally deleted my KA and reinstalled the graphics are not pixelated anymore.

Is there anyway of changing the unit that shows on the graphics? So tired of seeing my Fiend Lord all the time. It's not even my strongest attack unit.

unity that come up during the fights are a unity which you have the largest number , thats what happend to me every time
