Funzio support response time

Hello folks, I searched the forums for a thread regarding Funzio's support but wasn't able to find one. I submitted a ticket yesterday for the first time and received an automated response within minutes. My question is, how long does it usually take for Funzio to investigate and fix/correct something? I would appreciate any feedback from players who have had experience with the Funzio support department. Thanks!

CCM posted yesterday that they had recently experienced a 300% increase in tickets and there was a corresponding delay as a result.

Also said should be back to the normal 1-2 days by end of week.

Ive sent in multiple emails starting sunday night and I havent heard anything from them. I lost my phone and need my game restored. No way in hell I start this game over. I was/am level 200 with a few hundred dollars in gold units. I know people spend more than that but still.

PLEASE HELP/ANSWER MY EMAILS FUNZIO!!!!!!
