Shipyard upgrade to level 7

Can anyone let me know what is the benefit to upgrade shipyard to level 7? It doesn't unlock anything.

Some upgrades don't unlock any units. They're just an extra step to the next upgrade where a unit might be unlocked.

To me it's not worth it upgradeing it level 7, I would stop upgradeing it on level 5, the rest of the sea units arn't that great. Keep upgradeing your Monty buildings untill you unlock the dry docks... That's ware the great units are..

I beg to differ. The destroyer is a good unit. Plus you gonna need all your basic unit building to be at max lvl so that you can do the high levels pve missions.

Aidan's right the destroyer is a beast of a boat and the mine launcher at lvl 6 only costs 560k for 26d which I am now currently stocking up on.
