Has anyone ever hit the finish now button while upgrading a building? I wish there was a prompt. Darn!!! Any chance I can get credited back for my gold bars? I already submitted a ticket.

Coincidentally, I just had my first gold misclick earlier today on a loft upgrade. Submitting a ticket is all you can do, but generally the responses from others regarding refunds have been positive.

I submitted it almost two weeks ago now, I left it alone and in theory it would have completed by now had I not mis-clicked. It was my second loft and I was trying to tap quickly to collect all my buildings since I was late for collection by 10 minutes and it lagged. The next thing I know I had a completed loft and 40 gold left :/

I've been sitting on it waiting to upgrade it already but I don't know what they want me to do, no response and it's like it was ignored.

I have mis-clicked to the tune of over 250 bars. I submitted a ticket immediately and they did return my gold but you do need to be patient. In my case it was about 5 days but seeing as they didn't have to do it I was just happy that I got it back and didn't mind the waiting.

I have missed clicked when i was looking at items on special.
I bought stamina...

I have also miss clicked and upgraded my property quicker.

Sent a note to support both times and got them re-instated.

But losing 120 gold bars would hurt... especially if there Tapjoy bars... :mad:

Mine was TJ gold as well, but I'm happy to say that Support has resolved my request. They even apologized for the delay in response, even though it's only been about a day. Even if it took a week I'm a patient man with realistic expectations upon a company providing (mostly) free players, free support.

If there was any downside, I lost the mil upgrading the loft to 2 (reverted back to 1), but in-game cash is easily replenished.

Thank you CCM and Staff, my first Support experience has been a pleasant one! Best of luck to others in their resolution.

Turn on the app this morning only to find that I have 279 gold :3

Thanks support. So for anybody submitting tickets they have a backlog of about 2 1/2 weeks or so now :/

Wow wish i knew this, ive easily spent over 300 bars (all tapjoy I've never spent real $) on mistake clicks over time, what do you think is the longest they can refund you for? I spent like 160 a little while ago, in what ended up making sure one of my casinos doesn't cash out with everything else when it was finished, not the best spent gold...
