I'm thinking about selling a few buildings worth ~50 million. 27mill vs 18,9mill is a big difference.

The upgrade TO level 9 costs $199'639. Maybe they based it off that.

Why did you buy them at such a high level? The playhouse is the newest building for purchase other than the new defense building. You must have been at least level 130 when you purchased them. They are really useless after level 80.

No I was not even close to 130. I crawled by only robbing laundromats up to level 90 or so, then I started spamming the TL goals like a mofo :)
