They do I often attack a guy with quite a lot of very powerful items that must have been from scratches

Based on an earlier argument, it sounds like funzio ran out of weapons to give out because the beta testers glitched them all.

The weapons are still out there and in very large numbers, watching someone with 180k defence with soo much obtained from the so called scratchers is hard to take
