OK peoples, here's the deal.

We are organising Rat Catching and adding some structure to it.

IT IS NOT A GANG - RAT CATCHERS ARE WELCOMED FROM ALL GANG AFFILIATIONS

In the past it has been informal, those that took part did so as individuals with no real responsibilites beyond whacking dirty Rats.

From now, we want to kick it up a notch, and add some structure, so here is what we are looking for...

We want a Capo at every level bracket, and that Capo is the head of his Rat Catching crew at the level he is responsible for.

If you want the position of Capo, you are still perfectly at liberty to prioritise your own game play plans first - Rat Catching does not need to take up all of your stamina, or all of your time - you play the way you want, all that is expected of you is to commit at least some effort to Rat Catching, and of course to offer protection to the Rat Catching Crew in your bracket, when necessary.

Capo has 2 clear responsibilities...

1. Stats have to be strong enough that you can assist other Rat Catchers in their bracket that are getting trouble from Fat Rats. Glitch Cheats have also now been added as legitimate targets. You can promote any soldiers in your level to Capo as you see fit.

2. Capo has to be looking for other strong players coming through, so you can pass the baton to them when you level up out of your bracket. You can promote any soldiers in your level to Capo as you see fit.

To get things moving, we are looking for at least 1 Capo in each of the following Level brackets...

Bracket 1. New Rat Catchers at level 100-105 - a hugely important job, you will be responsible for the new generation of Rat Catchers. You are also responsible for recruiting new Rat Catchers to the cause.

Bracket 2. Level 106-110. Your crew are now well-versed in Rat Catching, they need a strong leader to offer protection and guidance. You are still responsible for recruiting new Rat Catchers.

Bracket 3. Level 111-115. As above.

Bracket 4. Level 116-125. As above.

Bracket 5. Level 126-140. As a Capo in bracket 5, you will wll have many more Rats to hit, this is a busy and rat-infested area of the game - it is your job to cull these Rats before they get to the higher levels and become a major nuisance for the whole of the CC community. Because you cannot see all of these levels on your own, you are at liberty to recruit further Capo and share your responsibilities with them.

Bracket 6. 140 to whatever the crossover point is to the shark pool (currently level 149), I am at this level, but I need additional Capos with good stats to keep the Fat Rats separated from their cheez, and to make sure the cheaters are getting regular beat-downs.

Bracket 7. JoeyCool is your Capo, this bracket is very well covered by strong players, and it is a case of 'business as usual'. Of course you now have the beating down of cheats added to existing Rat Catching activities.

Not quite accurate there burn. Paulio pointed me to the forums during the black widow event. I was a 499 until i realized that hiding behind a number wasn't going to make me stronger. 499 rats, know this: being 499 doesn't mean you get robbed less, on the contrary many people go for 499s on their rivals list because rats usually like to hide their cheese! Rats think about this, if everyone was at 499 how would we ever do any thug life goals? Be big boys and pull your mafia pants up to 500, your asses are showing.

Fricco, you have always been a Capo bro, from Day 1 of the first Rat Wars, in fact I believe you were the first person after me and Joey to post in the original Day 1 thread :D

This initiative is more about filling in the gaps at the lower levels, Rats need to be de-cheezed before they grow fat and strong.

If our new Capo do a good job, the number of rats coming through to the higher levels in the future should be greatly depleted, so please be supportive and appreciative of them.

What i am personally looking for is those who have previous TL weapons in their inventory.
Since the fastest way to check this is attack, i do.

Then look at weapons in their fight screen:
Thug Pistol 30/20 = 1-3 hits
Thug SMG 39/36 = 3-5 hits
Thug Blaster 68/32 = 10 hits (or allowed) *relentless stalking ensues*

If i can see you on my rival list and you have cheese in your hood, i will eat. :p

I've taken innitiative to take out as many rats as I can. I have enough stamina to take and rob an entire hood twice so getting thug life done means nothing because I can still gain mass rp.

Also I may get off topic but a lvl 132 named dangerice has 108k stats and 3.66 mil/hr income...in 8 hours he jumped up 1,200 in stats...no way he could have spent $10,000 on gold for the game. Keep an eye out as he lvls. He also went up 80k/hr in that time frame but only building I saw change was gentlemens club from lvl 1 to lvl 2

Level 177 here, almost 178. My stats are weak as I didn't camp at all, but I'm more than willing to hit the lowbie stats rats, which is most of them.

Attack just over 37k, think real defense is just over 39k (reads just over 50k). Hoping to get up over 40k attack with my next gold spend. If I can get my income up high enough, I'll buy 12k in attack explosives just so I can hit certain rats that think they are too high for me now. I won't care when I lose them. :)

What if happens if you hit refresh say 40 times and you find those players that are, lets say 40 to 50 mafia short of the 500 so they can no bank.

I'm going to hit them because they are no banking and I want there money but do you also post something on there wall about being a rat?

Just a question because most of the no bankers are not doing Thug Life round so they do not draw unwanted attacks.

The only reason to be just short of 500 is to not get beat down by people completing Thug life. Lower than this, fair enough, there maybe reasons to keep of others radars for different reasons (like Fig, for example).

If your stats are above average, and it is obvious by a) fights won and b) RP equipment that you are completing thug life, that you are purposefully extracting yourself from the fight, but still fighting others.

However, if someone is below average or at least far below average, or obviously do not complete TL, I'm probably not going to touch them. Theyre not going to be able to compete very well, AND, it's a bit rubbish to beat someone down for not being 500, then if they move up, beat them down all the more for TL.

Lol. So a couple weeks back I sent in a ticket to Funzio to have them change my in game name and take away all my henchmen just to see if they would do it. I forgot all about it and then yesterday when I'm fighting him all of a sudden I start losing and I look and I'm missing like 80-100 of my mafia. Talk about bad timing. Needless to say he took pity on me and accepted my mafia request from a few days ago. A little heads up for you though, sometime tonight between 930 and 10 PM EST, one of his lofts, his Russian restaurants his underboss houses and I believe one of his up scales and Internet companies will be coming due for collection. I pretty much had his schedule down right before I lost all my henchmen. Happy hunting. :)

Over 1200 RP bikes for starters is impossible with under 4k fights and 4k robberies! Many other RP items too! 66k attack and 66k defense! 500 armored limos, 500 big rigs, 300 or so bulldozers and many more reasons.

The thug life round 200 reward is a thug pistol.
At my level people on the rat classification list don't seem to got to thug life 200.
Now my issue is a person could have low stat and not being doing thug life at all but have 499 mafia.
What do I do very confused hit and say go 500 or leave them and hope you come across in the future with the thug pistol.

Rat Catcher on high levels do you also actively look for super rats.

A Super Rat is the lowest form of rat.

He completes his thug life goals and drops around 200+ mafias.
This is the one I call the super rats.
If you on the higher levels come across them let me know.

Shall I hit them but not leave message or ask them to get to 500.

2: zero. Quite fat, never found him with anything up.

FYI, there are a number of 499 who are not doing thug life, and I have left them alone. However, I seem to have made a number of enemies after earning around 6m in the last couple of days.

Normally, starting a war on CC is quite fun, so I guess starting 15 will be 15 times as enjoyable!

Same here. If I don't see a lot of RP weapons or at least a thug pistol, I usually leave them alone.

Once I hit level 99, I'll be able to see people at level 100 and hopefully that will include 499 rats. Right now I'm at level 93 so I'm getting close.
