Upgrade Times

I noticed several buildings in the data sheet reset down to lower times midway through the
upgrade cycle - is this an error? or do buildings do that?

Look in money building and money building [lucked], the other version looks wrong.

Ok - thanks. I had pulled a version for offline use and it was apparently "vintage" and a bit erroneous. (obviously)

I have the same problem when I pull it offline. Only seems to display right on the online version.

The data are all right.
It was just some one that had change the view of the time data from format "XX:XX:XX Hours" to "XX:XX:XX Time"
The data format should be "XX:XX:XX Hours"

Edit: The "XX:XX:XX Time" format can only show up to one day
