Is there a way to start a new game on my mobile device?

I'd like to restart or even play 2 different games on my phone...is this possible?

You can restart the game by transferring your game to a new device. The new device will have your current hood and the old device will give you a new level 1 hood. You can't have 2 different accounts on the same phone.
