Tupac was part of a government plot. The Gov was worried about the influence tupac had over the youth of America. They forced him to publicly fake his death in order to restore some moral fiber. They arranged a monetary payment to Cuba to let him reside there. He lives like a king and was able to continue to put out records under the pseudonym, makiavelli. He has released more albums posthumously than he did while living. Facts to consider:

He changed him name to makiavelli, the philosopher who faked his own death to get revenge on his enemies.
His bank accounts were emptied immediately after his death, no one claims to know who has the money.
The hospital where he was said to have died was given a huge sum of money by an annonymous donor and built a new wing immediately after.
Tupac looks kinda cuban and fits in well.
I was there on vacation a few months back and could swear he was in the same nightclub that I was. We made eye contact and he nodded at me. It was an odd feeling, like seeing a ghost.
