I've been playin Modern War for couple days and had a pretty good handle on it at first. Now, I've been stuck at a standstill! I keep among up my attack/defense, yet can't seem to win battles to save my life! I see people who've won 437 battles and lost 26... How the hell did they do that?!?! It's getting pretty frustrating. Also, I need to know how I can earn gold.... Any units that are worth a crap cost 6836765333 in gold, which is nearly impossible to come by... Its bad enough trying to stabalize cash flow. My vault is all the way up to 50k and i havent even hit level 20 yet. Any suggestions for this newcomer would be greatly appreciated!!! ALSO, I ALWAYS NEED ALLIES!!!! Keep increasing your income per hour that is the main thing , it takes a long time but you will get there , I've been playing for about 4 months have 20k def 14k AT&T and 300kph income I'm a free player and have concentrated on my base. Get tapjoy for free gold which you save up , the comp factory should be your first gold purchase.

Remember to only attack or raid players with a lower defence that your attack or you will fail , also if you are week for your level stop doing missions and build units up .

Do a search on google it's a site you join and by downloading apps you earn gold in first 2 days you can get over 100 gold then it takes a bit of waiting for new apps but slowly build up small amounts of gold.

go to the add gold screen, click get free gold, you can see earn free gold in modern war, click that and you will go to tapjoy site and thats where you can earn free gold
