Was just attacked by a guy level 82 (20 levels above) 63k/59k A/D (only 160ish allies)
0. 16000 battles won 31 lost. 11k/hr income. Massive gem spender, obviously.

Anyhoo - wondering if anyone else is seeing a 15-20 level delta from attacks.

I've been suspecting that whale territory was between 55-60. You're in it now.

it's standard to get attacked at times by players of 15-20 levels above you at our levels. (I am at level 64) and since I got to level 50+, getting attacked occasionally by those players happen.

I guess my issue is that I can only see +/- a few levels... I don't see anyone in the 70s or 80s on my attack lists. If I can't see them, I don't understand how they can see that deep to me.

It's always been a bit asymmetric even at lower levels. E.g., level 50 can see level 49, but not the other way around.

In your opinion, you think level 50 will allow the higher ups to hit as well? Or would it be safe to operate off of the 55+ plus level. (i.e., I should be prepared by level 55 or else camp for a little to get ready at level 50 when the highest level unit in beast is available)

I would think that it would be closer to level 60 than 55.

Im level 83 and can see down to 65 but there are sharks below me.

I think 60 is the start of troubled waters right now though that isnt constant.

I'm at 56 and I see only 55&56 lvl players. I have 80 allies but see rivals from upper 30s to upper 130s.

i think its dependent on how many people are at certain level. There arent enough players at higher level to populate the list constantly so they add lower level people. I recently got attacked by someone who was 45 levels higher lol

Lol. Well I think we're already allies. But if you want my game name is Scotty. You can remove me if you feel the need to smoke me. Lol. Ain't nothing but a thing.

Great info guys. I am at lvl 55 so getting closer to the shark pool. Does your number of allies have any impact on this? Also what A/D should you shoot for before entering shark teritory (Currently at 11,065A/13,398D - but only 77 allies)? Thoughts?

I can see down to 65 and can see people with allies as low as 10. The brackets dont appear to work the same as CC and MW. I think they need more fish in the pond to make that more effective.

Anyone above level 65 with less than 20k a/d gets smoked regularly from what i see.

Im in that category and I don't really get attacked that often and very rarely lose. I think it depends quite a bit on ally count.

If course, Im still boggled at the people with 10-20 allies @ 65-70... their losses are in the thousands usually.

You dont get smoked regularly cuz were allies.

Im a chain smoker up here!!

~~k, maybe 18k is good but im hitting anything that moves under 20k.

At this stage people don't have the economy to support honor farming and support casualties. I have an above average economy, and i still worry about casualties - those with 3-4k economes must struggle with the huge armes. So I would think people are selective and red you probably spend all your gold and keep things vaulted :) The honor units aren't also as good as in MW and so less incentive to honor farm.

I guess Im at the stage where I see the ROI of attacking people as not really being worth it... very rarely does anyone have any unvaulted gold in the 60s. Unless you're seeing something different.

Very good points, particularly for those unable or unwilling to selectively target their prey.

Im always surprised when I strike gold Im lookin at stats and allie counts primarily. When people whine that Ive whacked em repeatedly I am usually unaware of who they are. I dont look at names I look at number of allies then go to their stat screen and size em up. Im half way thru TR 153 right now.

I don't see you on there, if you added me anytime recently you are probably pending... I imagine I have a couple hundred of those although it only shows 50
