King's Ransom Tournament dialog box frozen

General help question. The King's Ransom Tournament dialog box appears on my screen when starting the game, but it's frozen and will not close. I cannot play the game. I have an iPhone 3S with all the latest updates for both Apple and Kingdom Age. I've tried reinstalling Kingdom Age, does not work. Any advice or help is appreciated on how this darn dialog box can be removed so I can play the game!

Happens to me after not opening the game for awhile. I just hit the home button and reopen the game then close the dialogue box as soon as it appears. If that doesn't work try rebooting your device.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've done all the usual fixes, but it remains frozen. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried hitting the red "x" in the upper right corner of the dialog box?

Of course... Only about a million times. As we said, the screen is frozen.

Hm....Is your computer plugged in?

Try to reboot (power off) the device, and log in again

really annoying having to kill the app and restart. Hopefully Funzio can look into it.
