Special gem problems

Everytime I get a couple it kicks me back to one, wtf? Anyone else?

Is it the Rune boxes or Rare Gems (the loot from the opening a Rune box) you are losing?

Rune boxes can be stolen by rivals that attacks you.

If it is Rare Gems you are losing then contact support
Menu -> "More" -> "Help" -> "Contact Support"
