Buildings on top of each other?

I saw this today - two buildings almost right on top of each other. Appears to be a bug. Unlike the visualization bug with buildings off the map - there is clearly not room for two of these types of buildings in their kingdom. This is the only land connecting to water.

It looks like the same thing has happen for him that ones happen for me in Crime City.
I wonted to build a Warehouse. I went to the store and placed the building in my city.
The game took my money but the construction didn't start. The land where I placed the building was still empty.
I still had enough money to bay another one. So I went back to the store and bought another Warehouse and placed it on the same spot, but this time I had turned it 90°. This time the construction started as normal.
I continued playing before I closed the app for doing something else.
When I letter opened the game again I had 2 Warehouses on top of each other, just like the guy in your picture. I moved one of them. Because I could only selected one of them. So only one of them could be upgraded while they was on top of each other.
I will not call that cheating since I did pay for both of them.
It was just a bug.
