Anyone else not have the Rune Event?

Based on the forum it appears the rune event has been going on for 30+ hours. It has not appeared on my iPad. I have rebooted the app over 30 times, shut my iPad down, manually forced the app to close and have had no luck. I have never had more than an 8 hr delay for the events to appear in MW and CC. I sent in a help ticket to support but I was curious if anyone else has this problem?

Besides this you need to be level 10 or above.

try also reinstallation of the game if all methods can't work
