Shipwreck Cove Odd Quests

While Playing Shipwreck cove there are two quests:

Slay 6 Living Waters, Slay 6 Ocean Protectors (Preventing the Inevitable)
Slay 3 Living Waters, Slay 3 Ocean Protectors (? Forgot?)

When I got to them, they were both active at the same time; I finished the slay 3 one, but the game isn't pumping out any more Ocean Protectors, so I can't complete the other one.

Anyone seen this?

Kill a variety of monsters. Its like all of the "rare" quests

they aren't shown as "rare" quests.

Still, thats the way the map works. If the monster doesnt appear, kill more monsters, they will randomly appear after.
