Decorations not showing up on CC HD?

For the longest time I though decorations werent showing up, but it seems like the HD version is not displaying the decors. Wonder why funzio is not fixing this problem??

Has anyone ever seen an app store update for HD? I haven't, but I can't stand it anyway with it's full-screen menus...
