You can raid purchased (GEM) buildings - I just raided a wine maker a little bit ago.


they're 24 hour buildings and relatively rare (in comparison to silos) so thats probably
why you've not seen one raid-able.

as soon it gets collected/repaired the timer resets so on the next payout its able to raid again

It will come back once the player clicks on it and gets whats left of the gold and the next refill time transpires.
