Dear Subjects,
Playing KA on my iPad the last few weeks has been great, but all of a sudden yesterday the game could not connect to the server.It says that I "must be connected to the Internet" (I am).
I have not been able to get on the game in the last 12 hours.
I sent an email to Funzio.
Has this happened to anyone?
I did not lose my account did I.
I am a level 45 and don't want to have to start over.
We would appreciate your help.

Nothing wrong with my connection in the last 24 hours though I've experienced what you described before. I don't think you'd lose your account. Try uninstall & install KA, or turn off your iPad completely and on again. I did those previously to get that problem fixed.

I start to delete the KA app off my iPad so i could reinstall and is says it will remove all data.
I am worried that all data means all data, or is the data on the funzio server protected?
All your game data are saved on Funzio's server so you will NOT lose anything by deleting the app on your iPad/iPhone.

Don't worry, Just delete KA and reintall it. All of your data would be safe, because those are saved on the funzio server. I had the same case you mentioned. I fixed it by just reintalling KA.

Thanks everyone.
I reinstalled and got back on easily.
Only negative was that I had been raided for $27,000 while I was off.
I was saving up for my first Brothel when I lost connectivity.
You know you never forget your first Brothel.
On a positive side, I was away so long I unintentionally camped and still had enough gold after the raid to buy a Lender.
Thank again my loyal subjects.
