Does anyone know anything about the spinal tap? Ran across a guy a few levels ago with real low numbers that robbed me. When I went for revenge I won first hit, then second on he was showing a spinal tap and had super speed? Can't find it on any lists for purchase. Was it a special event item?

limited edition, i think this one had a poll to name the item, the winner(s) got em for free, was around 900+ gold i think

It was a limited loot item (around 1 month ago), expensive but really cool!!! I bought 5 of them (they are among the best items ever)!
