Why is Rusty M4A1 but not M4A1? lv requirement?

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, therefore, a real answer:

The m4a1 was deemed "imbalanced" by the developers, so it was removed. In its place came the rusty m4a1. In other words, you will never be able to loot another m4a1 ... ever.

Sorry my friend the only place you can see real M4A1 is your rivals inventories you can see hundreds of them there.But you are a little bit late for the show thats why they give you rusty M4A1.
The reason they removed M4A1s is it was too overpowered weapon and needs nerf(i know it is funny but they said that).But they made new weapons which you can buy with gold and help them to buy huge villas.

You seem to be implying that they already don't have huge villas. I mean...the starters of the company made $200M or some astronomical number off the new owners...so that's a lot of villas...

I think somebody told me that was a term that was used in another game. You can play for free yes, and you can do rather well. But in order to truly destroy at the game you'll need to drop in a dime or two. Once one person did it then others needed to do it and it was like a waterfall effect. Players saw the benefit and they jumped at the opportunity.

If the statistics are accurate and there were 9 million downloads, then there is a lot of profit margin. You see the amount of gold people are purchasing? I see people on the forms with pictures showing a thousand gold and more, and if that averages out to even just $5 worth of gold per download, then that's $45 million dollars.

It's like that phrase, "If I had a nickel for everytime blah blah blah..." but now it's real life applications. As a business model it works very very well :)

Level up as fast as you can. For every VHL player who dropped $5k on this game, there's another 5 who have great hoods with crappy stats that you can rob the hell out of. Just ignore the goldbugs and play your game... There's no penalty for losing fights.

Also, for the guy who thinks even 5% of the "over nine million downloads" have spent real money on this game, I think you're delusional. I bet Funzio would be happy if 5% of those downloads even play the game regularly and form a POTENTIAL customer base. Not saying the game isn't profitable, but those estimates are probably way off.

I gave up with the storyline at circuit street a month ago, now i'm stocking up on RP to buy a load of RPGs when I hit 100, and the only job i'm doing is the City Bus at Empire Airport to attempt to get DDs

Touche. However i'm still in no rush to get Ma Sheng or Kane da Silva. For now i'll just trundle along. I'm going to rob until I get to level 100 and then blow it all on RPGs then do it again until I get the Exceleros then i'll go insane and farm the two like there's no tomorrow :)
