Maybe you don't have enough weapons to supply the mafia? You need 322 guns/melee/explosives/armor/vehicles to fully supply your mafia at the least. Then on top of that you need another one of each category to see your stats be raised if you do add another mafia member. What level are you? There is a cap on the number of mafia you can have.

Here's your problem why you don't see an increase when you add mafia members.

Your mafia is always limited to your level x 5 up to 500.

In your case 27 x 5 = 135. You can only use 135 mafia members.

No need to remove the rest. When you get to level 28, you'll get to use 5 more of your current mafia, and so on. If you remove them now, you'll need to add more later.

don't delete them. You'll be able to use more as you increase in levels. To see changes with your attack/defense you need to add more in the different categories.

For example, you can use 135 items for each category for your level right now.

1. Guns - 135
2. Melee - 135
3. Armor - 135
4. Explosives - 135
5. Vehicles - 135

You can do that. As you level, you'll use more and more mafia, so it isn't necessarily a bad thing to have more mafia than you can use at your current level.

Personally, I think you need to buy some more equipment before doing anything. Right now, you are short 15 armor, 118 vehicles, and 48 guns/melee items. In other words, your mafia is seriously under-equipped. While you have 135 mafia in battle, only 17 are fully equipped with a gun, a melee weapon, an armor, and a vehicle. I really feel bad for the last 15 mafia members; they are bringing no equipment to battle, and therefore no stt/def stats.

Thank you, kind of figured, well, cars are expensive to buy 135 pieces, the cheapest $ 2000? if buy 135 per $ 2000 it may have no effect? Or is it better to buy different cars?

I would buy some vehicles, but you probably don't have to spend all your cash on them. You will eventually get vehicles from PvP loot, or you can use respect points on them. I have 500 mafia, but not 500 vehicles and my stats aren't suffering too much.
