Somehow I made it at 102 :) Completely shocked as I wasn't on any of the previous lists and spent about an hour last night hammering fights and using gold to refill. Used about 120 gold which is way worth it when you consider that you can spend 175 on three crates and get a lot less then the stats of the Black Widow :)

If it helps anyone to do their sums, I bought 10 refills on Day 1 and was at position 46.

No refills bought on subsequent days, and slipped 20+ places per day, ending up at 115.

Goodefella with 70 stamina, all used without bar ever getting back to max.

Cause it is player controlled aside from the top 50 ....

You put in effort you win the price , bare others outplay you with gold .
Beats crates , where the the luck factor is a much bigger margin and less control .

Or you don't agree with that statement Max , I could have easily lost today , cause I didn't want to spent gold , that is my gamble ... but definetly not lack of effort with 10 stamina .

This is simple to resolve

1. Give an über prize. 900 total stats with some "60%" boost. The weapon can be named by the winner,
2-10 give a high level prize, something in the order of 750 total stats with a "50%" boost
11-500 get a typical event level prize. With 40% boost.

I skipped day one i bought into everyone elses hype about only gold spenders winning. I used an unknown amount of gold to get me on the list. I did not use any after that. I was 151 day2-3 and fell back to 195 on the finish. 54 stamina on goodfella.

The moral of the story...do ya thang man f what they talkin bout.

Missed most of the first day, was at #308, #264, and ended at #362 after missing 10 hours because of silly work. I did not spend gold nor wake in the middle of the night. All in all this was a lot easier than I had expected.
