I added him.
I checked his stat and his inventory. Oh man, i strongly advise against adding any more allies. It wont do him any good. He barely has any army. Only relies on low stat loots. I suspect he was running really low allies before and caught in this "low ally bubble" syndrome where he is Strong among low ally rival and running a small army. He didnt buy units coz they no longer increase his A/D. This works great if he intends to stay low like forever. However, if he decides or force to increase allies then he will be in great trouble like he is about to now.

Those allies that he is adding now will not bring any benefit as there's no real army to support it. It will only pit him against much powerful players. My suggestion is to stay under 50 allies. Camp like draino to bring that 120k IPH to 300k.
Start buying lots of mid price units. Later switch to high price when the economy starts to kick in.

Thanks aidan, yeah i was pretty suprise how he survived with that stats and get 23k wins, I think he's a pvp player but pvp player have high stats
