Question relating to crate event

Sorry if this has been asked before but can anyone tell me when the 10th item bonus changes stats?
I'm level 79 just to go onto 80 and wandered what point the stats change. Also will they change during the event? I currently have 8 plans so still a bit to do, Thanks

Something like that.

And yes, if you move up in the division, the items will change. The items you have already won will remain the same but you can still win the new ones.

Not sure if the loot changes. I image they do but not sure.

Will let you know as I'm going to try and level up to 81 ASAP then slow back down. Just gone up to 80

Got to try and get something useful out of my 231 crates I currently have including 2 more plans

The items go up aswell, i use to get torpedo boats prior to 50, now i get a sea cannon. I assume the other types of units will upgrade also.

Same crappy loot units from level 11 - 64 in my experience.

Yup, same ****e! At lvl 61 and getting lame loot regularly. However, I do see some pretty sweet loot units on some rival inventory, obviously similar levels...
