Need more land!

I'm trying to build two of every building (non-gold) available at my level. I do understand that some of these make ZERO sense at all to buy...by my OCD is forcing me to get every one of them.

Anyone else with this problem? I'm saving for land when I should be buying Upscale Clubs!

That was my goal for a while too. But it got to the point of I can sell a building with a bad collection time that does no good or bad. I make 307k per hour. It would be 310k if I didn't sell my low income buildings. It all depends on how you play the game. I personally don't like the 6 hour collection time since I collect like 3 times a day. So I spent more time upgrading my 24,12,and8 hour building times cause I can collect them easier.

When I upgrade my land area I try to get the most benefit on which side I go. And when now I don't ever need to buy more land it's just nice having it.
