You can buy money so in theory he could have purchased cash and gold for his buildings but its the Respect Points that surely gives him away. At a rough count he has 318,175 RP worth of gear and with a total of 9,043 fights and robberies won, means he is winning on average 35.18 RP's per fight / robbery, which isnt possible.

lol Good morning~ I didn't get it and I'm trying to open another 2-3 crates overtime. But maybe better end up without the 10th as there are some gold players began to search and attack me because I've got too many event items for free!

It's not fun to be a cheater, they sacrificed the fun of being a forum member. And there are lots of strong gold players already, plus some cheaters won't change my game. It's just a game anyway..

There are far too many cheats. Honestly Funzio should hire some of them so that way they can find a solution to the security issues, there are far too many and something needs to be done. It's not so much that I'm robbed...but it's always a tease to see so many uncollected buildings and the person has a similar size mafia as me and 20x the stats with obvious cheat <.<

Agreed, since only Funzio can confirm whether they are cheaters or not.

I ran into that player a short time ago as well - clearly a cheater, but doesn't seem to be actively leveling either. Maybe they are trying to lay low and avoid being reported for the time being? I also did not bother to report him because there are too many to count and Funzio is doing nothing to stop them.
