its a rocking respect vehicle costs 1200 you cant see its name until it unlocks at level 115 if you are doing things right you will have 3 or 4 of them in your inventory from various drops before you get it unlocked. "Exelero - 31/17" Peace!

Lol, this is true. They unlock at lvl 115, can be purchased for 1200 RP, and stats are 31/17. You can pick some up before lvl 115 by completing thug life goals. I had about 8 before they unlocked.
