I am level 36 with 4 million but I can't make a choice of what building I should buy 1. Oil rig 2. Chemical plant
What one should I get?
I have land ready for both of the buildings
I spent 600k on def units to get ready for the saving of leaving 3 mill unprotected in the vault.

Yea get e rig, makes way more money in the long run... Hay marine you should really start adding allies a.s.a.p.... Sense your in the 30's already now is the best time! I don't know if you wanna stay at 8 or not but thrust me it would really help you a lot! You would get better at pvp and your stats will sky rocket from what they are now... I'm not telling you what to do you know, I'm not like that. But it would really make you a better player if you started adding more allies...
