It's a scooter. Probably more accurate to describe it as an "Enhanced Bicycle".

Any mobster who turned up to a fight on the back of something like that would probably die of embarrassment before the opening shots had even been fired.

Haha I know but it still pisses me off when I see it. I actually saw a yellow Ducati a few blocks away but was like" ohh wow nice bike". I think the fact that it is a scooter is what gets to me.
