By the way you talk I can tell you're not in good shape yourself, did you just read up on a workout online or something? Anybody who actually goes to the gym everyday doesn't need to brag to people over a CC forum about how they're not fat. It shows that you're self-conscious about yourself since you have to try and prove something to people that u dnt even kno. Iv been working out since I started playing football in 8th grade and now I'm 20 and you don't see me starting up these dumb post bragging about how good of shape im in. Now stop wasting everyone's time with all these ridiculous posts.

Daniel2115
05-26-2012, 09:33 AM
If I wanted to brag about it I'd go start threads like you do lol and 415 at about 205 lbs

That's what I hit last time I maxed out like a month and a half ago

05-26-2012, 09:37 AM
I'm just fishing for responses like yours...

I love how people keep falling into the trap and get all offended. I do the same thing ingame if someone has a nice hood and I want to rob it later. Get em all emotional and pissed then they hit ya back and get on the newsfeed.

Daniel2115
05-26-2012, 09:39 AM
Idk i typed it in on google lol they said 415 lbs is 188.2 kgs or something like that.

How much do you weigh?

245 twice isn't bad for your size at all, putting on weights the most important thing to adding strength. Whe. I started working out hard I was a little smaller thAn you (about 5'8 160)

I have a really high metabolism plus I work out 3-4 days a week, so putting on weight is harder for me. My natural weight is about 150-155. I eat 6 meals and about 4000 cals a day and that's still not enough, it's just really hard to eat more than that. For every # I add I only want 1/2 of it to be fat so I'm semi strict about what I eat too. Usually 40% protein, 30% carb, and 30% EFA fat.

Damn, marathons huh? I just ran my first 5k 2 weeks ago with no training and I was spent. 23:33 wasn't bad, not like I was anywhere close to winning, but it was better than I thought I'd do. Can't imagine running another 23.1 miles. I'd die.

Daniel2115
05-26-2012, 10:13 AM
I gotta give it up to you guys, I could never run distances like that lol. I have enough trouble running close to 2 miles let alone 20+

Maniaxe

God that 4-5k calories of decent food intake is like a second job. Lifting heavy with good form 3-4 times a week is like a third job. All for a few extra pounds either on the bar or on yourself. Its rough man.

Haha Dreno you would be a cardio guy. Just giving you a hard time man it fits your personality. :)

I am 6'2 at 170 and won't be happy until I hit 200+ lean. Shooting for 185 by the end of the year.

2-3 of my meals are protein supplement shakes made with skim milk. Cytosport muscle milk is the best tasting brand. it can be pricey though. Supplementwarehouse.com has the best online prices. other meals are reg meals. Eggs, lots of chicken, lean beef, beans, rice, whole wheats. I still cook tasty food. Just bc it's healthier doesnt mean it has to taste like sh it.

Isnt muscle milk the one with all the sugars in it? I think that's one of the worst proteins for you if I'm not mistaken.

It only has 3g Sugar per scoop for muscle milk and 1 gram per scoop for the Cytosport complete whey. That's not bad. Plus it tastes better than any other I've tried.

Maniaxe

Gallon of whole milk a day or as much as you can muster, that's a solid 2400 cal with good macro nutrients. Red meat, beans, rice, pastas, whole chickens, dairy, and mayo. Hummus is great and fatty but with lots of protein. I was lucky enough to have worked in restaurants and butcher shops for ten years, great tasting food with herbs, spices, fresh ingredients, and proper seasoning makes it so much easier.

I just use whey and natural proteins as a supplement.

Ohh and I like that you switched forum names mid topic btw. :D

What's the ROI of hot girls per lbs added too bench press/weight..

I want to pick up girls that I would rate an 8.5 I'm 190lbs. How much should I be benching?

Is there a spreadsheet or graph for this?

It's in the best of the best guides. Buried a bit, but it's there for sure.

My trainer recommends it and it's 1 of the easiest to digest - and yes it tastes good.

Lots of people can't or don't drink milk - I can't think of the last time I drank WHOLE milk - yikes!
Your diet looks healthy except for 1 item - mayo is pure fat .......but I have a mayo phobia - it freaks me out....

Maniaxe
05-26-2012, 01:03 PM
Whole milk is the same a Vitamin D milk they just don't label it as whole because the majority of consumers are health conscious. That diet is definitely for some one who is gaining and not worried about a little extra fat.

Its just egg yolk and Evoo. I make my own and it is awesome!!! So technically not mayo but aioli. Store bought mayo is kind of like Bologna, I am still not sure whats it really is.

1shot didn't necro it.. There was a prior post that necro'd it and was then deleted.

Are you guys finally doing your jobs and deleting old posts?

I did a bulk delete of all posts created by one account that did nothing but necro. If anyone posted before my deletes, then the thread stays active, otherwise it fell back to its previous date.
