First time poster here bringing you news of a terrible tragedy!

After a factory reset of my android tablet I stuffed up my restore and saved over my lvl 51 incarnation with a new entry.

Is there any way to get access restored? Had three RPG crates opened successfully but barely had a chance to shave anyone with new honed slicer.

This happened to me several times. Try shutting down your device completely, then turn it back on and log into CC. Works for me every time. If not, email support@funzio.com. Give them your mafia code and they should be able to fix it for you.

Thx for the quick response. I've tried to shut down but it brings up new lvl 1 game, the same when I try transfer new device.

I've logged a support ticket through the game 10 odd hours ago but heard nothing back. How long does this usually take? Should I email as well or just wait?

The thought of spending the whole weekend in real life is terrifying :-)

It might take a few days. Yesterday I sent a ticket to support asking them to remove the grunts from my mafia and I still have them.

Support response time is really hit or miss. During events, I've heard their response time is considerably slower. Best of luck.

Thx for the help. At least I can still visit the hood through wife's lvl 23 noob gangsta. Just not the same.

Did you made a funzio ID would speed up the progress since UID is messed up now .

Anyway only support can help ,failing that , you need to give them your ID number of your old toon.
and name , and additional info .

So a much longer progress since more open to abuse .

you could try going to the funzio id screen put in the name and password for the game you cant access and sign in then restart the game that has worked for me before... if that doesnt work try deleting the game and reloading it from your itunes back-up.

I have had a ticket in to support for three days with nothing but the auto response... that happens alot during events..

Dravak, I created funzio I'd so I could back up my lvl 51 before doing wipe on tab.

When I reinstalled CC post wipe, I logged in with funzio id n' password but instead of restoring I saved the new game over the old one.

Sounds like I'll get it back. It won't happen straight away, but it will happen.

cause you uid (the machines unique number) changed , so basically send with your ID logged in game a mail .
and they will transfer the old one over , like they did with gaming will ...
