Battle Points Question

So my brother got a message while attacking someone on the bottom under the hint. It said, "you need 1436.86 more power through items & alliances for the next rank." Anyone seen this before? He's level 48, with 53 alliance members.

Yeah, I had the same thing (different numbers though)

Happened a couple of weeks ago, I did post about it, but no one else had seen anything similar

It changed back after a few days to the regular hint "bring more allies......" after a few days but I noticed the numbers thing reappeared a day or so ago


No idea what it means, but the number does get smaller
