I sent 2 tickets to support today. One about a cheater and another one to remove all the grunts from my mafia. So I was just wondering what's the average amount of time for support to respond to the tickets sent.

Well, my ticket was asking for my ghost mafia and my henchmen removed but all they did was my henchmen so i am waiting again.

Mine is just my henchmen so I guess it won't take that long.
