If you break into the next 'band' of prizes during the middle event do you start to get the new prizes?

what level are you at? the best would be lv-81 since that is the star of the highest stats for the prizes

I'm just about to hit level 47. I thought I'd read on previous events that the second tier was from 50 - I hope so as these units at 3 and 5 aren't really gonna enter my battles!
