Boost buildings and nation

How much does the nation give bonus to what %? Also if anyone could give me the formula to that and the boost buildings I would appreciate it. Thanks :)

Nation bonuses are 10% for Russia, UK, China, & Germany. And boosts buildings could give you 20% lvled to 10 for Air, Sea, Ground, & Infantry.

Right now I'm Russia and 10% nation to my lvl6 Hanger which is 12% so right now I have a 22% air boost for the most part. But could be a max of 30% when lvled all the way.

On 650A 10% is 65 2% is 13 so total 78. Or 728 Total adding 78 to 650. If not mistaken.
