Oil Refinery not dropping?

I think I've seen a thread about this but can't find it using search.

Basically my oil refinery seems to be counting down to zero and then reseting itself without any money being collectable.

I haven't been attacked or raided for a while, so its not that.

Anyone else had this issue?

yeah sent a ticket, almost immediately replied to by CJ saying it should now be fixed, so I guess its a known issue.

Seems I don't get the 2 or 300 k cash I missed out on whilst trying to realise if it was actually not working or not back though, and I'll have to wait another 43 hours to find out if its fixed!

Just got a push notification and lo and behold my refinery is ready to collect and has magically been bumped up to level 2

This used to happen a lot to a lot of buildings. Doesn't seem to happen as much anymore though, i've only noticed it maybe once or twice in months.
