If you can still get into the game but have simply lost your account then contact support through the "Contact Support" button which can be found by going Menu > More > Help > Contact Support. Make sure to include as much detail as possible.

If you cannot access the game at all then send an email to support@funzio.com and hopefully they can sort it out.

Your probably banned for whatever strange reason. In a while they will send you their reasoning and if you make enough sense you'll get ur game back.
