Game wont load failure reason-player account issue wtf wtf wtf wtf wtf

I was playing the game when all of a sudden my money vanished so I exited the game restarted it to get error on start up, then tried to send email through the app the info that came up as below

I have contacted Funzio by the link provided but only received acknowledgment of reported failure with no action to resolve.
