Sent in tickets last week, still haven't heard anything. How much longer should I expect to wait?

I've had good luck with support. Out of 5 or so tickets, my longest wait was 3 days (weekend). But I understand that it is hit and miss....

In order to get a response ASAP...you need a SUBJECT LINE that stands out...it works on me

It realy shouldnt mater how decrative the subject line is they should all get looked at. Unless your mane is payam then you have a direct line to get you name changed ever week.

Generally, they are very good if the issue is a simple mis-click, etc. However, if it is an issue that needs research or problem solving obviously going to take a little longer. It will take even longer if you didn't include all of the necessary information.

I sold two buildings by accident yesterday... They were restored within 24 hours.

Use the email support button in-game & summarize your problem in 3-4 words in the subject line.

The in-game support email link includes a lot of info that helps the support team fix your problem faster.

I've never had a problem with support. 90% of my issues originates on a weekend. Following Monday they are all taken care of. I'm pretty happy with that.

I lost my profile ended up with aalex profile. 3 tickets still noreply. Ive spent 100 on glod this month and want my profile back or the money. If it was my company I would be saying get it fixed now this guy is paying your wages.
P.S I dont have lots of cashed so it herts to see 100 just go bye bye

For support issues, such as gold refunds 0-3 days.
For reporting cheaters, well lets just say that I'd rather wait for Godot...
